How long does it take my order to dispatch?

Can I upgrade my shipping method once my order is placed?

No, we're unable to change your shipping method once your order has been placed. Please double-check your preferred shipping option before completing your purchase.

What shipping couriers do you use?

We use trusted shipping partners including USPS, UPS, OnTrac, and FedEx for US orders. Your courier will be assigned when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

My tracking says delivered but I haven’t received my order.

Please check any safe places, parcel lockers, reception areas, and with other household members first. If you still can't locate your parcel, file a claim with the shipping carrier and forward their correspondence to our Customer Care team. You should also contact both the shipping carrier and our Customer Care team so we can assist further.
